12th TEPHINET Scientific Conference and the Global Field Epidemiology Partnership Forum

TEPHINET is honored to jointly convene this conference with our co-host, Türkiye Field Epidemiology Training Program, under the General Directorate of Public Health, Ministry of Health of Türkiye. As a global forum for sharing field epidemiology science, strengthening global networks, and advancing the evidence that guides public health action, this conference represents a unique opportunity to elevate the work being done on the ground. The TEPHINET Advisory Scientific Committee (TASC) invites trainees, graduates, and alumni of field-based training programs in applied epidemiology, veterinary, laboratory, and public health practice to submit abstracts for consideration as presentations.

The conference will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, between May 10 and 13, 2027.This call contains information on eligible topics, tracks, applicant requirements, and submission limits. Please refer to the other document attachments for additional guidance on abstract format, suggestions, and evaluation criteria. Authors are encouraged to submit abstracts related to the conference theme: “Field Epi in a Changing World: Innovations in Strengthening Surveillance Across Borders”

The abstract submission portal will open on July 10th, 2026. The deadline for abstract submission is October 4th, 2026. NO extensions to deadlines will be granted. Authors will be notified of their acceptance status by January 6, 2027.
